Don’t wait ‘til manana to throw a fiesta – get the party started with this DIY fiesta sign! With festive pom-pom accents and party-perfect colors, this wood sign is a fun party decoration, but it also adds a fun vibe to your décor any time at all.
Use acrylic paint and a flat-bristled paint brush to paint the sides of a DIY Unfinished Wood Box Frame. You can even paint the sides in four different colors for a fun twist!
Paint American Crafts™ Thickers™ 3D Trinket Multicolor Alphabet Stickers with acrylic paint. Once the paint is dry, apply the stickers to the bottom of the wood box frame as shown.
Download and print the Fiesta Template. To transfer the template onto the DIY Unfinished Wood Box Frame, rub the back of the template with a pencil and loosely cut out the words. Don’t forget to download the Fiesta Template here.
Washi tape the words onto the wood square and trace the words with a pencil or ballpoint pen. Remove the template to reveal the words on the wood.
Use Marvy® Gold & Silver Fine Point Chalk Markers to fill in the word ‘FIESTA’.
With a round-tip paintbrush and acrylic paint, fill in the words “like there’s no.” Allow time for the paint to dry.
Fill in the word ‘FIESTA’ with gold glitter glue.
Once the glitter glue is dry, use hot glue to adhere bright wool felt pom-poms to the sides of the frame.
Now for the most important part: hang it on your wall and get ready to fiesta like there’s no manana!
