If you love ice cream cakes, then this recipe is for you! Do you ever have the taste for ice cream and cake but don’t want to bake an entire cake? Well….check out this recipe for Donut Ice Cream Cakes that you make in individual portions! Making it the perfect idea for a snack or to serve at a party like I did at my latest Finding Dory inspired party!
Melt down the candy melts according to the package instructions until you have a very creamy consistency.
Take each donut and dip it face-down into the melted candy. Then place the donut icing side up in the treat cup.
Using the ice cream scoop, top the iced donut with one full scoop of ice cream then add cover with blue sugar sprinkles.
Next, top the ice cream with a Finding Dory Icing Decoration. Then enjoy!
