This is one fabulously chic pink drink that will have your friends flocking to the bar for seconds! Sparkling pink lemonade blends beautifully with tropical coconut rum, whipped cream and sweet and fluffy cotton candy. This feminine pink libation is perfect for a Palm Springs themed party, and can easily be made as a mocktail for guests who prefer a non-alcoholic version.
- 1/2 c. Sparkling Pink Lemonade
- 1 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
- 1 Can Whipped Cream (we used Reddi Whip for easy dispensing)
- 1/4 bag Carnival Cotton Candy
- 1 Container Pink Sprinkles
Add one half cup chilled sparkling lemonade to a 9 ounce glass like these Clear Stemless Plastic Wine Glasses.
Add 1 ounce chilled Malibu Rum.
Dispense whipped cream directly into the glass by pointing the can vertically down and filling until the glass is about 3/4 full.
Add about 1/4 bag Carnival Cotton Candy to the top of the whipped cream.
Top with more whipped cream, pink sprinkles and an adorable Black Polka Dot Paper Straw and Flamingo Pick.
