Step
1

Start by wrapping the ribbon around the glass cylinder to determine the length to encircle the vase. Once determined, cut 5 pieces of ivory ribbon to be this size.

Step
2

Next, cut a length of small rolled jewels and a length of medium rolled jewels to be the same length as the ribbon.

Step
3

Using hot glue, adhere a piece of ribbon to the backside of the rolled jewels. The edge of the ribbon should be tucked behind the first row of jewels. Attach the other piece of ribbon parallel to the first the same way. Repeat this for the second piece of jewels.

Step
4

Then, wrap the last piece of ribbon around the center of the smallest glass cylinder and glue in place.

Step
5

Wrap the ribbon and rolled jewel pieces around the other cylinders, one for each. Glue these in place.

Step
6

Finally, add the rhinestone confetti to each cylinder and fill with water. Place the tea light candle in the candle holder and place on top of each vase for a beautiful, elegant centerpiece.
