S'mores are a classic summer treat, there's just something about the combination of toasted marshmallow, melted chocolate and graham crackers that can't be beat. This recipe is everything you love without the hassle of campfires and bugs. Part billowy marshmallow whipped cream, part whipped chocolate pudding combine to create this fluffy S'mores Dip for our S'mores Party.
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 c. marshmallow Fluff
- 1 package chocolate pudding mix
- 1 c. mini marshmallows (plus more for garnish)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp. crushed graham crackers
- Graham crackers for dipping
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
Gradually add the powdered sugar and beat until fluffy.
Prepare chocolate pudding according to the package directions. Fold in 1 cup of chilled chocolate pudding to the cream cheese mixture.
Fold in the mini marshmallows.
Place the chocolate chips and butter in a cast iron skillet or other oven safe dish, heat until melted and smooth.
Add the creamy marshamallow pudding mixture on top of the melted choclate. Top with more mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
