Assemble the Ice Cream Truck Cardboard Stand-Up by attaching the back braces. Use scissors to cut out the Printable Food Truck Labels, then adhere the labels to the food truck using double-sided tape.
Use hot glue to adhere White Yarn Pom-Poms between the banner tiles, as well as on each end.
Blow up the Blue Baby Mylar Balloon Banner. Cut thin wooden dowels into 16-inch pieces, then use packing tape to secure the dowels to the balloons. We used two dowels per balloon except for the "Y" balloon, where we only used one. Use tape to secure any visible tabs on the balloons, being sure the tape is not visible from the front side of the balloon.
Next, mount the balloons onto the top of the truck by securing the dowel rods to the back of the truck stand-up using packing tape.
