When creating the tablescape for our Glitz-O-Ween Dinner Party, we wanted the decor to not only be a bit spooky, but have an element of glitz and glam as well. That is why we created this DIY Jeweled Skull! With just a few coats of paint and some fabulous beads, we made a chic, creepy piece of decor that was perfect for our Halloween dining table!
Begin by painting your DIY Ceramic Skull with the black chalkboard paint. You can use spray paint or acrylic, whatever you have on hand! And if you don’t have chalkboard paint, a matte black paint will work just as well.
Once the paint has dried completely, use your hot glue gun to begin hot gluing a pattern of beadsonto the painted DIY Ceramic Skull. We decided to put the beading detail so it lined the cheek and eye of the DIY Ceramic Skull.
These DIY Jeweled Skulls were such a simple and fun way to add that extra bit of chic, spooky style to our Glitz-O-Ween Dinner Party!
