Halloween is one of my favorite times of the year! This year guest will be greeted at our front door with a creepy, cool glow-in-the-dark skeleton wreath. Seriously, there are no bones about it, trick-or-treaters will love finding this fun surprise as they walk up to your front door. This DIY Halloween wreath is an easy way to add a touch of whimsy with just the right amount of creepy to your Halloween decor.

Gather all of your supplies and determine how big you want your wreath to be so you can figure out how many bones you will need. I wanted a mix of regular bones from the hanging skeleton and the glow in the dark bones so I arranged the pieces so that they overlapped.

Once you have laid out all the pieces and have a good idea of how you want to assemble the wreath you can use fishing line or string to tie the larger pieces together to help make it more sturdy and easier to move around during the assembly process. Next, start gluing the bone pieces together. Put a dab of the E6000 Glue on one of the skeleton parts and attach it to another bone. Continue gluing the pieces together until you have the base of your wreath.

Once you have all of the pieces glued together you will need to let the glue fully dry according to the directions on the package.

While the glue is drying, take your ribbon and make a bow for the top of your wreath. I layered white, black and a black and white striped ribbon together to make a large bow for my wreath.
