Gather your supplies. You'll need black quills, rose gold acrylic paint, foam brush,gold baker's twine
and white cardstock.
Dip foam brush into rose gold acrylic paint and paint the top half of the black quill. Allow to dry completely.
Print or write names of guests onto white cardstock and cut out pennant style. Punch a hole in the upper corner of the name card.
Attach the name card to the feather by threading gold baker's twine through the hole and securing the twine using a bow or knot.
