Elderflower is a starry flower and the liqueur it produces is positively divine! Although it does have an herbal-floral undertone in flavor, elderflower liqueur has decidedly sweet and fruity notes. Combine elderflower liqueur with pink grapefruit juice and rosé for your Living Coral Wedding and you'll have a cocktail that matches your theme and tastes wonderful!
- 2 ½ oz. Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 2 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
- Rosé Sparkling Wine
- Thyme Garnish
Measure 2 ounces of elderflower liqueur and pour into a champagne flute with gold stem.
Add 2 1/2 ounces of pink grapefruit juice to the champagne flute.
Top off the elderflower liqueur and pink grapefruit juice combo with rosé. Stir to mix and garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme.
