Add a Red Polka-Dot Border around the white butcher paper to make the bulletin board pop.
Create a big top tent on top of the Welcome Bulletin Board with Black and White Striped Gossamer Roll Strips. Use strong tape to adhere the gossamer fabric to the wall or bulletin board.
Staple the Big Top Bunting together to form a circle. Add this big top bunting Circle to the top of the black and white circus tent. Add Gold Hanging Fans and Red and White Polka Dot Fans around the top of the tent.
