Beer Nuts are a perfect snack pairing with your favorite beer and this Guinness Bacon Beer Nut recipe is not only simple, but so incredibly delicious! And they are sure to become a favorite for any summer barbecue or Oktoberfest celebration! With beer and bacon there’s no way you could go wrong!

Ingredients:

1 c. of Guinness Beer
6 Slices of Center Cut Bacon
5 c. Roasted Pecans
1 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. Bacon Grease

Step

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is preheating, cook the bacon until it is crispy and then set aside. Reserve 2 1/2 tablespoons of the bacon grease.

Step

Add the Guinness, brown sugar, and bacon grease into a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Step

Chop the 6 pieces of bacon and stir onto the glaze. Pour the pecans into a large bowl and then pour the warm glaze over top of the pecans. Stir so all the pecans are covered.

Step

Bake for 20 minutes and then allow to cool for an additional 10-15 minutes. We served ours in Kraft Paper Cones in our DIY Beer Snack Caddies! This made it a simple sweet and savory snack for guests to grab on the go while tasting the variety of beers are our Beer Bash Bachelor Party!
