Have no fear, this creepy cocktail truly IS for the squeamish and the thrill seekers, alike! Before you run screaming from your screen, just peruse this preposterously terrible and tasty cocktail, made with shimmering Viniq purple liqueur and premium vodka. A little Halloween “boos” never hurt anyone, now did it?
- 4 oz. Viniq Original Purple Shimmer Liqueur
- 2 oz. super premium vodka
- Ice
- ¼ c Edible Fake Blood for rimming glasses
- Pop Rocks popping candy
Place pop rocks into a shallow flat bowl or plate. Rim a black crystal patterned wine glass with edible fake blood. (If you'd prefer to skip this step, you can also use 1 part water to 3 parts light corn syrup)
Dip glass into the pop rocks, twisting the glass to create full rim., then add crushed ice to half full.
Add the Viniq Original to the glass. The shimmer in this unique liqueur really makes this drink spectacular! Perhaps the color makes you think "grape flavored", but it's actually a lightly peachy taste made with moscato wine.
Add the vodka, then using an eyeball cocktail pick, stir well, and serve! I like to drip a little extra edible blood down the sides of the glass, as an added touch of terrible.
