The organizational possibilities are endless with this DIY Hanging Craft Supply Organizer! It only takes a few supplies to make this storage solution. Bonus: you can customize this piece with fabric to fit any color palette!
Use a pencil to lightly trace the outside of a Small Embroidery Hoop onto a piece of Cardstock and cut out. Repeat this two more times to create a total of three circles.
Fold a 10” square piece of fabric in half. Place the folded piece of fabric on top of another piece of 10” square non-folded fabric. Place the inside wood embroidery hoop under the fabric. Place the outer hoop on top of the fabric stack and press down making sure to center the folded fabric. Once the fabric is tight in the hoop, screw the hoop closed.
Cut the excess fabric off the back of the hoop leaving at least an inch of fabric around the edge.
On the back of the hoop, apply a line of hot glue to the embroidery hoop. Carefully press the excess fabric into the glue while the glue is still hot. Use a Craft Stick to keep your fingers away from the hot glue.
Once all of the excess fabric is cut off and glued to the back of the hoop, adhere a kraft paper circle to the back of the hoop to help hide the excess fabric.
Repeat steps 1-4 on all three embroidery hoops. Once all hoops are complete, glue the hoops to a length of wide ribbon. I used Black & White Striped Ribbon to match my craft peg board color scheme.
