Fold a stack of Red Tissue Paper into fourths and staple the outer edges to hold the paper in place.
Use a 5-6″ round object and a pencil to trace a circle onto the tissue paper stack. Cut out the circle from the stack of tissue paper.
Place a fun Valentine’s Day toy, candy or other goodies inside the Red Paper Cups. For our cups we chose to include the Mini Valentine Rubber Duckies, Mini Heart-Shaped Magic Springs, Mini Heart Stress Toys, and the adorable Valentine Monster Pop-Ups.
Place a matching tissue paper circle on top of the opening of a paper cup. Use a rubber band to hold the tissue paper circle in place.
Use a Sponge Paint Brush and Acrylic Paint to paint dry-brushed striped onto a piece of foam core.
Once the paint is dry, hot gluethe cups to the foam core sheet in a heart shape and adhere the free printable sign to the top of the foam core. Download the Free Printable Sign here!
To play the game, poke your finger through the tissue paper to retrieve a prize. Have fun! Not only did the kids absolutely loved playing the game but they had a blast playing with all of the fun toy prizes!!!
