- 2 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Butter
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 small pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 24 Hershey's Gold Bars (3 Piece Servings)
- 1 c. Pretzels (crushed)
In a large bowl, stir baking soda, flour and salt and set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine butter, sugars and pudding mix, beating until fluffy. Add vanilla and egg, beat until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Spray a baking sheet or 9x9 brownie pan with cooking spray. Spread a thin layer of cookie batter over the baking sheet with a spoon (don't use all your batter).
Add a layer of Hershey's Gold bars.
Top bars with a layer of cookie batter.
Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool.
Place pretzels into a zipper bag and crush by beating gently with a wooden spoon.
Add eight Hershey's Gold bars to a glass bowl and melt in microwave for 30 seconds at a time until melted.
Drizzle a large spoonful of melted candy onto top of bars. Sprinkle with crushed pretzels and drizzle with more melted candy bar.
Slice and serve. Wrap in colorful napkins and add to a gift bag for sharing your treats!
