Brighten up your holiday fiesta with a punny Fleece Navidad holiday hanging banner. This festive banner is easy to make with our free printable template and a variety of pom-poms.
Download the Fleece Navidad Llama template and print it onto an image transfer sheet. Be sure to mirror the image before printing. Once the image is printed, cut out around the design and place it face down on the DIY canvas banner.
Use an iron or heat press to adhere the image to the banner. Be sure to follow the instructions on the template to ensure your image transfers properly.
Peel the protective layer off to reveal the design.
Add embellishments to the design to make it pop. I created a mini blanket with green felt and embellished it with paint, tiny pom-poms, and jewels.
Hot glue pom-pom trim to the bottom of the canvas banner.
Create a fiesta inspired pom-pom garland for the top of the banner with red, green and white yarn pom-poms.
Tie the yarn pom-pom garland to the top of the banner and add a hanging tassel. I used one of the red Fiesta Tassel Earrings for my tassel, but you could also make one out of yarn.
