It’s no secret that Halloween is one of our favorite holidays and we get even more excited when we get to throw a Halloween birthday party! Between the decorations, costumes and sweets, it’s the perfect way to say Happy Birthday to the bewitching birthday boy or girl! Setting the Scene: Our main inspiration for this Birthday Boo Bash was the fun and friendly ghost products from the Boo Bash package. Along with a pallete of black, white and orange polka dots, we created in a haunted Halloween dining table and spooky sweets buffet that all the kids adored!The Table: The table was set with a white linen, a Spider Web Tablecloth Roll and an Orange Chevron and Polka Dot Table Runner. Each ghostly guests' place setting included an Orange Polka Dot Dinner Plate, Boo Dessert Plate, Molded Ghost Cup with Lid & Straw, Boo Beverage Napkin and an Orange Fork adorned with beads from the Ghost Bracelet Craft Kit. Our homemade meringue ghosts sat atop chocolate cupcakes that were placed in Black & Orange Cupcake Wrappers and then placed on each Boo Dessert Plate. Find how to make theme here! Ghoulishly Cute Centerpiece: We created our simple ghost centerpiece using a few Quart Ball Mason Jars, paint, and Black Spumoni Uppercase Letters. Make sure to check out all the DIY details here. It was the perfect piece of decor to place in front of our Birthday Boo Bash cake! The cake was decorated with some spider and cobweb ribbon and topped with a few Orange Swirl Ball Lollipop heads and two Candy Corn Treat Containers.
Table Details:Halloween Shaped Serving Trays in the shape of bats were placed on the table and were the perfect way to serve powdered donut holes with the addition of Scary Spiders.
Orange Metal Lanterns were set on either side of the table and had Ghost Disposable Cups filled with Sparkling Orange Chocolate Candies placed inside them for a simple and spooky detail. Sweets: The sweets table was full of scary, scrumptious treats including chocolate cupcakes in Black & Orange Cupcake Wrappers with Picks, Candy Corn Jell-O Cups topped with whipped cream and candy corn, Orange Swirl Ball Lollipops and Funny Face Ghost Suckers; all displayed in front of a backdrop of Orange Polka Dot Hanging Fans with a banner made with free Ghost Face printables strewn across it.
