You’ll want to whip up flowers of all sizes and colors knowing how easy these Felt Filler Flowers are to make. Add a few of these flowers into your DIY project to ‘fill in’ areas that need a little oomph and texture. Change the felt colors to match your project or make them into flower middles.
Use the tip of your scissors to cut slits every ¼” making sure not to cut through the entire strip. Essentially, you are making a strip of looped fringe.
Place your scissors into the fold of the fringe and cut the loops or leave the loops as is. Swirl the fringed felt around itself, gluing it along the way to hold it in place.
