Use Mod Podge® and a sponge paint brush to adhere tissue paper squares to the plastic jar.

Dip the eraser end of a pencil into white acrylic paint to paint polka dots on the lower half of colored craft sticks and allow time to dry.

Cut a beak and a turkey waddle from craft foam and adhere them to the plastic jar along with a pair of wiggle eyes.

Write what you are thankful for onto the polka dot craft sticks using a permanent marker.

Embellish the jar with ribbon and rick-rack.
