We’ve been watching all the great athletes during the qualifying events for this year’s International Summer Games. We are kind of obsessed with it all. Of course we need snacks when we are watching, and that’s how these International Games-Inspired Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bites came to be. I think your family will enjoy them too, and they’re so easy to make.
- Candy-coated Chocolate treats in International colors. I used M&Ms
- Caramel squares or chocolate-covered caramel treats. I used Rolos.
- Pretzels
Lay out your pretzels and then layer each with a chocolate caramel treat on top. Don't add the colorful candy just yet.
Place in the microwave for 10 seconds. Once you remove them, place a candy covered chocolate in the center of the caramel and press down gently. You’ll see all the melty goodness!

Let cool for a couple minutes and then enjoy!
I served these for my International Summer Games Family Party. Make sure you check out my party, kids craft activity and photo booth idea for more Summer Games fun!
