Cut arm and leg holes in the large clear plastic bag. Depending on the size of your clear bag inflate approximately 50 to 75 dart balloons.
Print and cut out the templates for the jelly bean logo. Download the Free Jelly Bean Logo Printable here!
To make the headband, inflate three dart balloons and tie them onto the headband. Put the bag on your body and then fill it up with the balloons.
Use a long piece of satin ribbon to tie the bag closed, in a bow, loosely around your neck. Tape the paper jelly bean logo to the front of the bag. Add the jelly bean bracelets to your wrist and put on the headband.
