What more perfect cocktail to serve at a Marble and Lavender wedding, than a beverage that features lavender extract?
- 1 Bottle Dry Champagne (Le Grande Courtage)
- 1/2 t. of Lavender Extract
- 1 Shot St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- Sprigs of Lavender, to garnish
- 1 Lemon, to zest
Add 1 shot St. Germain to carafe.
Add 1/2 t. lavender liqueur.
Pour bottle of champagne into carafe.
Using a peeler, peel a portion of zest from the lemon and add the zest to champagne.
Gently stir and garnish with lavender sprigs.
