Frost the cupcakes with the cream cheese frosting.
Take the white chocolate melting waffers and turn them upside down so you have the smooth flat part facing you. Use the black gel icing and draw the mouth.
Place the decorated white chocolate waffer in the center of the frosted cupcake.
Use the black gel icing to add the eyes.
Use a knife and cut a chocolate waffer in half for the ears, you will need one per cupcake.
Add coconut to the top part of the cupcake and then place the chocolate ears in the cupcake.
Trim the stick of the gold mini twisty lollipops and insert it in the center between the chocolate ears.
Add cupcake liners and place them on individual clear cupcake stands to serve to party guest.
