Using a foam paint brush, paint one section at a time of the plastic jar using matte mod podge.
Layer the tissue paper squares over the mod podge on the jar. Smooth out any creases.
Paint a thin layer of mod podge over the tissue paper squares to seal the jar. Be gentle or the tissue paper will tear. Allow the jar to dry before decorating. We like to use a blow dryer to speed of the drying process.
