Every Mad Hatter Tea Party needs some delicious Mad Tea Party Sandwiches! These super simple bite-sized sandwiches are perfect for any tea party. The combination of sweet and tart make the perfect pairing. You can even cut them in any shape with cookie cutters to match your theme. These chocolate hazelnut, strawberry and cream cheese filled delights are sure to be a hit at your next tea party! this particular recipe makes six small sandwiches.
- 12 slices of sandwich bread of your choice
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Hazelnut Spread
- 1/2 cup Whipped Cream Cheese
- 6 Fresh Strawberries
Coarsely chop the strawberries and put them in a small bowl.
Mash the strawberries to make a puree.
Add the cream cheese to puree and stir. Spread the cocoa hazelnut spread on one side of each slice of bread.
Spread the cream cheese strawberry spread on top of the hazelnut spread.
Put the pieces of bread together and cut with a cookie cutter.
