Step
1
Pick out one of the Metallic Cone Hats and trim 4 pieces of Cotton Rickrack Trim to the size of the party hat from the tip to the bottom edge. Secure the trim to hat with hot glue.

Add medium-sized Pom-Poms around the bottom edge of the hat and a large Pom-Pom to the top with hot glue. Finish the party hat by decorating it with fun colorful stickers.
