Next, frost the cupcakes with green frosting.
Cut a marshmallow in half, then shape it like a flower petal. Dip each petal into a bowl of colorful sugar and coat it generously.
TIP: To make cutting marshmallows easier, dip your scissors into a cup of water before cutting. This makes the marshmallow less sticky.
