Planning a modern and maybe minimalist wedding? A chalkboard seating chart done with a chalk pen and decorated with natural green garlands is the perfect look. Read on below to learn how to make this chic and stylish seating chart. The time it will take you will depend on the number of guests attending your wedding.
First, using a chalk pen add the couples initials and the date to the top of each Black Chalk Board.
Next, cut a length of Boxwood Leaf Ribbon Roll and wrap it around a Mini Branch Wreath.
Then, tie a small ribbon into a bow around the top of the wreath.
Then glue the wreath under the date at the top of the chart.
Using the same chalk pen write the names of guests in groups according to their table assignments. Use a measuring tape to ensure accurate spacing. Alternatively, if you have a cutting machine use this to cut the guests names out and apply them to the boards OR have a calligrapher do it for you.
Above each set of names add a Chalkboard Favor Sticker. Then add the table number to the sticker with a chalk pen.
Once the chalk work is complete, glue an Olive Branch Garlands around the top of the boards.
Finally, hang the chalkboards onto the wall using the provided adhesive strips or temporary wall hanging strips. Your guests will love this stunning statement seating chart!
