I have the best treat for a movie night! Everyone loves movie candy and we are just making it even sweeter with this Movie Candy Bark recipe idea! I’m sharing our favorite way to make this, but it’s so easy to add your own favorite toppings too!
- 12 oz. Bag of Milk Chocolate
- 12 oz. Bag of White Chocolate
- Mini Pretzels
- Recess Peanut Butter Cups (Chopped up)
In a microwave safe bowl, add your chocolate chips. Microwave on high for 30 seconds. Stir after 30 seconds. You will need to put it back in for another 30 and stir again. After a minute, the chocolate should be smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate onto a tray lined with parchment paper. Spread the chocolate out evenly.
This is the fun part! My kids love to help with this. It's like a chocolate pizza...just add those candy toppings. We love to add pretzels, M&M's®, and peanut butter cups.
Place the tray in the fridge or freezer for at least 30 minutes. When you pull it out, it will be ready to break! Break the bark into smaller pieces. There's no need to make sure they are all the same size. That's all part of the fun!
