First, we're starting with the recipe for the mummy pretzel! Melt your choice of chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Dip the pretzel rods into the chocolate, using a spoon to cover all but two inches of each rod. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place the pretzel rods on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Melt the white chocolate on a double boiler or in the microwave until smooth. Spoon the chocolate into a plastic bag and cut a small hole in one of the bottom corners to form a piping bag or use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the pretzel. Add candy eyes to the top of the pretzel & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Wrap in plastic bag and tie ends with ribbon.
Next, here's the steps for the monster pretzels. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave until smooth. Add green food coloring and stir. Dip the pretzel rods into the chocolate, using a spoon to cover all but two inches of each rod. Allow excess chocolate to drip off, then place the pretzel rods on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place almonds at the end of the rod for fingernails and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Wrap in plastic bag and tie ends with ribbon.
