I threw my daughter a bright neon Magic Scratch Playdate. If you aren’t familiar with how Magic Scratch crafts work, check out my playdate post. They are loads of fun and completely mess-free! This creative, artsy afternoon was full of all things neon, including Neon Party Mix. This yummy snack was enjoyed as much by the adults, as it was by the kids. The white chocolate popcorn is quite addictive!
- Bright Pink Chocolate Candies
- 1 Bag of Store-Bought Popcorn
- 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips
- 1 Container Neon Sprinkles
- 1 Box Froot Loops Cereal
- 1 Bag Mini Pretzels
Put the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave on 20 second increments until smooth. (Tip: Do not microwave too much or the chocolate will become too thick to work with).
Drizzle some of the white chocolate over the popcorn and toss with your hands. Continue to drizzle and toss until the popcorn is lightly covered. (Do not over coat the popcorn or it will get soggy.)
Cover the popcorn in sprinkles while it is still wet do give it a nice bright look.
Mix in the other snack ingredients and place in Green Chevron Snack Bowls.
