Serve these delicious no-bake chocolate balls and they're sure to be a hit at your party! Covered in colorful sprinkles, these bites are not only yummy but are the perfect addition to your LOL Surprise Doll Birthday Party! Here's what you'll need to make your own.
- 1 lb. Powdered Sugar (approx. 3 1/2 Cups)
- 3/4 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1 14-Ounce Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 3 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- Mixed Sprinkles
Combine and sift the confectioners' sugar and cocoa. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla thoroughly. The mixture will become quite stiff. Chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Next, place a chocolate caramel ball on top of a tablespoon of the chocolate mixture. If the mixture is sticky, butter your hands.
Roll and shape the mixture around the chocolate ball and place on wax or parchment paper. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
Roll the chilled balls in sprinkles. I used a sprinklefetti mix from The Bakers Party Shop. Serve the balls on a White Scalloped Charger on top of larger star sprinkles.
