Make these quick and easy No-Bake Easter Egg Spoon Cakes and Easter Bunny Mini Cakes for your Easter parties, gifts or for dessert after Easter dinner.

Ingredients:

Madeleines Cake Cookies
Wilton Candy Melts (white)
Decorator Icing Tubes (pink and white)
Pearl Sprinkles (pink and white)
Spoons
Snowball Cakes
Wilton Icing Decorations (bunny paws)
Small Rubber Spatula
Wax Paper

Step

Squeeze some of the white decorating icing to fill a spoon. Place one Madeleine Cake Cookie (ridged side up) onto the spoon. Press down lightly. The icing will attach the cookie to the spoon. Repeat for as many spoon cakes as you want to make.

Place a pack of Wilton white chocolate melts into a microwave-safe bowl and place in the microwave on 50% power for 1 minute. Stir with a small rubber spatula. Continue at 100% power for another 1 minute, stir and continue this process until the candy is fully melted and smooth.

Dip the spoon cake into the melted white chocolate until fully covered. Place onto a piece of wax paper.

To decorate with sprinkles, shake the pink pearl sprinkles on the chocolate covered spoon cake before the chocolate hardens.

Step

To decorate with icing, allow the chocolate covered spoon cakes to completely harden. Then using the pink decorator icing, create any pattern you want. Sit them all to the side to fully harden.

Next, let's make the Easter Bunny Mini Cakes. Cut half of the stick off the bottom of each of the Bunny Ears Picks and push it down into the top center back of a SnoBall cake.

Squeeze some of the white decorator icing on the back of two Wilton Bunny Paw icing decorations and place them on the top of the SnoBall cake. Press down lightly to secure them to the cake.

Finish by squeezing a dot of white decorator icing to the where the ear picks meet the top of the cake. These are now ready to eat.
