I know there are some people who absolutely love to bake … I am NOT one of them!! I enjoy creating simple and quick desserts that require no baking. I create this recipe for my Let Your Love Grow Bridal Shower. You are going to LOVE this No Bake Key Lime Trifle recipe. You only need 5 ingredients … then mix and assemble. You can use this recipe to create Mini Key Lime Trifles or you can combine and create one large Key Lime Trifle.
- 16oz. Container of Kraft Cool Whip
- 1 Pkg. (4 count) of Dannon Oikos Key Lime Greek Yogurt
- 1/4 c. of Key Lime (Sub Lime) Juice
- 6 Key Limes (Sub Limes)
- 1 Sara Lee Frozen Pound Cake (I only used half of the family size)
Pour all 4 packs of the Key Lime Yogurt into your mixing bowl.
Empty the entire container of the Cool Whip into your mixing bowl. Mix the two ingredients until they are well blended.
Add 1/4 cup of the Key Lime (Sub Lime) Juice into the bowl. You can add more Key Lime Juice as desired for taste.
Cut the Pound Cake into cubes.
Place the Pound Cake Cubes on the bottom of your serving bowl or bowls. Then spoon the mixture over the top.
Grate the Key Limes (Sub Limes) over the top of the dessert.
Garnish with a Key Lime Slice (Sub Lime) and serve cold!
