Create these sweet ballerina necklaces for little guests to wear while they're twirling and whirling at your Nutcracker Tea Party! These adorable necklaces can be made in any color you choose, so the sky's the limit with these little ballerina cuties. They're quick and easy to put together so let's get started!
For this craft, you will need a large and small wood bead from the Round Unfinished Wood Bead Assortment pack. Paint the larger wood bead using your choice of Acrylic Paint color.
Using Sharpie Fine Point Permanent Markers, draw hair, eyes and lips onto the smaller wood bead. I drew a heart for the mouth using a red marker and a black marker for the eyes. Just choose your hair color and the little ballerina's face is ready to go!
Using a glue gun, attach the small bead that has the face drawn on it onto the larger bead that has been painted a solid color.
Attach a bead from the Christmas Winter Pearl Bead Assortment and attach it to the top of the ballerina's head using a glue gun. Make sure to place the bead on the head so that the holes are facing outward
Thread a piece of Clear Stretchy Cording through the bead. Make sure the cording is long enough for the child to wear as a necklace.
Add colorful beads from the Christmas Winter Pearl Bead Assortment to each side of the necklace strand and tie the necklace up at the top.
Now your adorable ballerina necklaces are all ready to go! Paint them in an assortment of colors and hand them out to all the little party guests to wear at your Nutcracker Tea Party!
