Fold the red napkin in half and roll into a ring shape. Secure with clear tape. The ring will be 3" long x 1.2" wide.
Fold the blue napkin in half and roll into a ring shape. Secure with clear tape. The ring will be 2.5" long. Insert the blue ring into one end of the red ring allowing for a 2" reveal.
Fold the gold napkin in half and roll into a ring shape. Secure with clear tape. The ring will be 2.5" long. Insert the gold napkin ring into the other end of the red napkin ring allowing for a 1" reveal.
Grab the center of the black napkin and pull all 4 corners upwards to create a 4 point tuft. Set the creases by smoothing your hand over the folds. Insert the pointed end of the black napkin tuft into the neck of the gold napkin ring forming a 2" "hat."
Cut (2) 1/4" x 5" strips from the white napkin. Apply glue to one side of each white strip. Attach to the front side of the red ring in an X pattern. Press down to adhere the strips to the red ring. Trim the edges of the X.
