Using a Modeling Balloon Pump, inflate about 15 Blue Animal Modeling Latex Balloons. I used a variation of blue balloons. Place 3-4 pieces of masking tape on one side of the long modeling balloon.
Press the balloon onto the wall in a letter C shape as shown.
Follow the C pattern and attach more balloons to the wall with masking tape, right next to the first balloon.
Continue to attach balloons to the wall in a like pattern. Take one balloon and attach to wall on far left as shown.
Fill in wave shape with the remaining inflated balloons as shown.
Fill Clear Latex Balloons and White Latex Balloons with air in various sizes. Attach to wall with masking tape at top of wave as shown.
Attach additional clear and white balloons to the bottom of the balloon wave in a random pattern as shown.
Create an awesome focal point by setting up your party around your balloon wave.
