Glue each of the buttons onto the card with Tacky Glue.
With a fine tip black marker, draw lines from the top of each button to the top fold of the Christmas card. I found it helpful to turn the card upside down when drawing the lines. A ruler might also be helpful if you want your lines to be perfectly straight.
Once your tacky glue has finished drying completely, open your card and use markers to add a personal message on the inside for the recipient. You could also glue a photograph on the inside of the card for a special keepsake.
