We decided to create these beautiful pinwheel flowers tp go on our bulletin board in the Paint Chip classroom. You can use the flowers on bulletin boards, create a stunning hallway display, or even use them on your classroom door!

Assemble the tissue paper hanging fans.

To make the flower petals, fold the paper paint strip onto itself and staple into place.

Arrange the paint strip petals onto the tissue paper fan. Use a glue gun to glue into place. Glue a paint chip circle to the middle of the flower.

To make the leaves, staple two green paint chip strips together to form a long green strip. Fold the paint chip strip onto itself and staple into place.
