Coasters make a fun craft and a wonderful handmade gift. These DIY donut coasters are a lot of fun to paint and there are a lot of fun ways to personalize them with different color combinations and styles.

Start out by painting a round donut shape on your cork coasters with some acrylic paint. I made a few in different shades of brown.

Paint on another layer of paint to create donut icing. Make sure some of the first donut shape is still showing.

When the paint has dried, use paint markers to add fun sprinkle shapes on top.

Seal your painted coasters with a medium layer of Mod Podge.
