We created a tissue paper polar bear for one of our Winter paper plate crafts this holiday season. The tissue paper added a nice texture to the polar bear making it look like fur. To create our paper plate polar bear, you will need white paper plates, tissue paper squares, googly eyes, construction paper and a black sharpie. For less mess, we used these nifty little glue spreaders to help the kids use less of the white glue when crafting.
