Create a beautiful and sparkling snowflake using white paper plates! The steps are similar to that of cutting a snowflake from paper. Create pretty patterns by cutting various shapes from your folded paper plates. Each variation of shapes will create a unique looking snowflake. Add some sparkle with our kid friendly and washable confetti paint! The paint comes is fun, bright colors such as green, pink, blue, purple, yellow and red. The confetti in each bottle is different and will be a cool surprise for your kids!
Start by folding the paper plate in half, twice. If you have sharp scissors you can fold in half a third time, however the plate may become too thick for kid scissors.
Cut various triangles and half circles on both sides of the folded paper plate. We left the rim of the paper plate as is, it made a pretty border for the snowflake.
Unfold the paper plate snowflake. Paint your snowflake with sparkly confetti paint and allow to dry.
Note: You could paint the snowflake a more solid color and then put a layer of the confetti paint over the solid color paint.
