Creating a welcoming vignette for a wedding ceremony or reception is a lovely way to introduce both your wedding theme and palette to your guests. This setup doesn't have to be overthought or difficult to style, especially when incorporating our DIY Wedding Sign. Follow these few simple steps and learn how to create this beautiful sign surrounded by gorgeous faux flowers as the perfect welcoming for your wedding guests.
Begin by adding a coat of copper spray paint to one of the Picture Frame Cutouts. Allow to dry.
Place a bit of each color from the Vintaj Patina Beading Paints into a Paint Palette. Dip a wide, dry paintbrush, into the darker sage green color, dab any excess Paint off onto a paper towel and then apply light brushstrokes to the Picture Frame. Repeat this step using the other 2 Vintaj Patina Beading Paints until you are happy with how it looks.
Place the "Happily Ever After" DIY Calligraphy Wedding Stencil onto the Plexiglass and secure with Washi Tape. Use the white Decocolor Paint Marker to trace and fill in the wording on the Stencil. Once the Paint Marker has dried, remove the stencil.
Hot Glue the plexiglass to the interior of the Picture Frame and then Hot Glue the framed plexiglass to a piece of faux wood paneling. Place the sign on a Wooden Easel and decorate with stems from a Seeded Bay Leaf Branch, Peach Rose Bouquet, Peach Hermes Rose Branch, Aquamarine Caledonia Magnolia and the White Violet Plant.
