Organize a (socially distanced) neighborhood parade to celebrate the 4th of July! Start by surprising neighbors with their very own bucket of patriotic goodies including red, white and blue noisemakers, USA headbands, stars and stripes scarves, and mini American flags. Be sure to download the Free 4th of July Printable Invitation here and fill it out with the parade details. Encourage your neighbors to decorate their bikes, strollers, or cars for the parade.
Choose a variety of patriotic noisemakers and accessories to surprise your guests with for the parade. I used Expanding Patriotic Horns,Glitter Star Clappers,Star Fans,Patriotic Bandanas, Patriotic Foam Glasses,Patriotic USA Headbands,Patriotic Bead Necklaces with Stars, and Small Cloth American Flags on Sticks for our buckets.
Paint a DIY Unfinished Wood USA Shape for each of your buckets with blue acrylic paint and a foam brush. Once dry, add the recipient's name with a white chalk marker and glue to a wood skewer with hot glue.
