This patriotic pinwheel centerpiece is a simple table decoration you can whip up for your 4th of July party in minutes. It’s also a great way to use leftover supplies from your 4th of July party! I incorporated some pinwheels left over from our patriotic scooter parade, and extra red, white, and blue star sticks from our fruit kabobs into these simple and festive decorations.
Fill the jar with the chocolate candy balls. The higher you fill the jar, the more support you will provide for your pinwheels to stand upright. If you plan to have these decorations out in full sun, you may want to use some decorative white gravel instead.
Insert a pinwheel into the middle of the jar to serve as the center and highest point of your arrangement.
Create different heights of the pinwheels and fruit kabob sticks by trimming off their ends.
Continue adding more pinwheels and star sticks until you get the look you want! I made two pinwheel decorations to incorporate into our 4th of July party table. The glass jar set comes with 3 jars so you can make several of them!
