I always buy those advent calendars filled with chocolates, however, this year we are trying something new! Over Thanksgiving break I had the kids make their own Peanuts countdown chain. Each day, they are removing one paper ring until Christmas day! This is not only a super fun craft, it is also a great learning tool. It gives you and your children a chance to count, practice writing the number of the day, and get excited about Christmas day!
