Cut each of the Peanuts® character cutouts (Lucy, Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Woodstock) from the strings on the Peanuts® Valentine Hanging Swirls.

Place some hot glue on one end of a Black Striped Paper Straw and stick it to the center back of one of the character cutouts. Continue for each character.

Fill four Peanuts® Valentine Pails with Hot Pink Acrylic Ice.
