This peppermint martini recipe is sure to bring out the holiday cheer in everyone! Serve this festive drink at your next Christmas cocktail party.
- 2 oz. Whipped Vodka or Vanilla Vodka
- 2 oz. Half and Half
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1 t. Peppermint Extract
- 1/2 t. Vanilla Extract
- Crushed Mini Peppermint Candy Canes
Combine sugar and water in a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Whisk together until the sugar has completely dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Once it has cooled, add both the peppermint and vanilla extracts and set aside.
Crush up Mini Peppermint Candy Canes and place them on a plate.
Pour a small amount of the peppermint, vanilla syrup onto a plate place the rim of the Clear Martini Glass into the syrup and then dip it into the plate of crushed Mini Peppermint Candy Canes.
Fill a shaker with ice and then add the Whipped Vodka, Half and Half and the rest of the peppermint, vanilla syrup and shake
Pour into your candy cane rimmed martini glass, add a Mod & Merry Stir Stick and enjoy!
