When planning your wedding reception, table decor is of course, a main priority, which includes how to number your tables and deciding on a centerpiece. For our recent Periwinkle Wedding, we decided to combine those two elements into one fabulous DIY project! This DIY table number centerpiece will take you less than ten minutes and add an elegant and romantic piece of decor to your reception tables!
Begin by going through the Monogram Stencils and deciding on which pattern you would like to incorporate onto the Octagon-Shaped Mirror. We chose a simple, yet elegant floral stem and leaf stencil that fit the shape and space of the mirror perfectly.
We then found it easiest to remove the Stencil from the Mirror and use the Chalk Marker to fill in the interior stem and leaf portion on the Mirror. And don't worry if you have a few mess ups here or there. The Chalk wipes away easily both when wet and dry! Allow your talks chalk stenciling to completely dry.
Add four drops of Hot Glue to each corner of the Garden Party Table Number and adhere it to the center of the Mirror.
Grab a few varieties of fake flowers and cut them down so they are approximately 4 to 5 inches tall. Add a few drops of Hot Glue to each stem and adhere it to the Mirror beside the Garden Party Table Number. And there you have it! Simply prop your DIY centerpiece table number on a small easel stand and enjoy your lovely new piece of decor! This is both an inexpensive and beautiful way to number your tables while adding in a fabulous decorative element!
